do not stay here, Plum Apartments are so bad.||no hot water, phone didnt work, filthy, tv didnt work, over charged my credit card $300 (scam) took a week to get it back.||there is a Quest around the corner, you do not want to deal with these scammers,||staff are so unprofessional and used to dealing with this scam.
