Cannot say enough about British American Electric! Fast response, professional, courteous, kind, empathetic, truly caring to get the job done right. To say he went the extra mile for us is an understatement. He is the kind of person who leaves things better than how he found it. Very knowledgable of his trade and went out of his way to ensure it was right! I would recommend him to anyone!

Colin has helped us twice now. The first call was a home warrenty issue that he made sure was done correctly and reliably. Yesterday he came out to help us after the storm. All of our lines were ripped off the house. He was here quickly so we could be ready when Dominion Power could get us reconnected and had it all done very quickly and reasonably. I had several people offering to help for free but knew if Colin fixed it, it would be done correctly and I would feel safe. Thank you! !!!!!
I had a home warranty company assign Colin to us for a problem with a whole-house vacuum system gone bad. Before coming out, Colin called my wife to learn what was going on. Over the phone he was able to tell her the warranty company would not cover his services for our problem, but he gave us several suggestions for a solution, saving us time, money and a trip charge.
