I recently hired your Britex carpet cleaner. It was the first time I tried it out, having used the Rug Doctor annually, for a decade +. I always wondered whether your cleaner would stack up to the other brand, so I gave it a go. I got as far as completing one room then I quit. The reasons are as follows: - I measured the amount of water added to the machine and extracted from the carpet, when empty. The input was 9L and the extraction was 4L. I found the carpet cleaner very easy to use & operate, it cleaned my carpets well, ld recommend this carpet cleaner for a few reasons: easy to use, nice & compact not confusing re chemicals, very straightforward

I have purchased a cleaning machine from here. The pump got clogged so I called the customer support. They booked me for warranty check up same day and John fixed it on spot. Great customer experience thanks
