Probably one of the most poorly-managed company in existence. The managers care more about keeping their jobs and making money for themselves then having quality work being done. Do not ever do business with them or work here.
The BriteStreet team is fantastic. The difference between the first solar contractor we attempted to work with and this company was night and day. The sales process was completely no pressure. They made sure the system was designed at the optimal size for our home and usage. I hired these guys to remove and re-install my solar system when I needed to replace my roof. They were able to schedule me within days, put the panels in a good storage spot on my property, then reinstalled quickly after the roof was done. System worked immediately. Overall, great experience!
They did a fantastic job keeping me apprised of the installation timeline. Employees were incredibly professional and helpful during everything. Nice to have a $0 electricity bill now and grandfathered into Xcel's 1-1 net metering for life. Anything I generate is used before paying for electricity. Had a couple minor issues they addressed immediately. Now just looking into heat-pumps so I don't have to pay for natural gas heating either.
