Cannot say enough fantastic things about my experience here. Our RV broke down 5 minutes away, at night. I was able to contact Avanti through the harvest host app, and even though booking was closed, she let us camp there for the night. We had three kids and two dogs with us and it was such a relief to not be on the side of the street in South Bend. We had two experiences simultaneously: Avanti and Chris looked over our travel trailer thoroughly and knowledgeably. They made recommendations in line with industry standards and common sense. They spent 90 minutes with us, coming to the conclusion that one monitor built into the trailer was not working properly. A visit to the manufacturer of the trailer later that week confirmed that that monitor was faulty, and it was replaced immediately without cost.
