While I was attending an Escapees rally in Tuscan, I attended a couple seminars MYTHBUSTING RV SOLAR SYSTEMS PRE-AND POST PURCHASE, and Mythbusting life04 Batteries pre and post purchase. They were given by Avanti Lalwani from Briter Products. It was so informative and helpful because I had just purchased a small MH with solar. My frig would not work on propane and I couldn't get it to work on the battery either. Avanti took time out at a rally to diagnose and fix our solar issues. Three other techs had tried and failed. This women knows her stuff and is patient and thorough. Follow-up is great also. Not enough stars to recommend.
I have to share how impressed I am with Avanti and her customer service to anyone with solar and battery needs. I have attended her two seminars (Solar and Batteries) at two Escapee Rallies in the past 2 years. What a tremendous amount of information! While at the FRVA Int’l Rally in Perry Ga Avanti offered a free assessment of our solar system since I had self installed it about 4 years ago…she showed up when she said she would… reviewed my install procedures and all equipment I used..climbed on the roof and checked all connections, panels ..took thermal imaging pics for heat and found all panels to be within 2% of each other…checked controller connections, wiring and fuse links…and discovered I needed to upgrade my controller since adding panels…and needed to change one... read more
