We had two experiences simultaneously: Avanti and Chris looked over our travel trailer thoroughly and knowledgeably. They made recommendations in line with industry standards and common sense. They spent 90 minutes with us, coming to the conclusion that one monitor built into the trailer was not working properly. A visit to the manufacturer of the trailer later that week confirmed that that monitor was faulty, and it was replaced immediately without cost.
