Very nice office and staff. Dentist was upfront with me as to what my dental choices could be. Can't do what I want to do with my mouth but I will be going back to see what other options I may for my dental needs. Hopefully it will work out. I have been having a hard time finding a dentist I actually like. Dr. Duke and Serena were great. Second visit I got to meet Dr. Patel to see what my options for other dental work would be. Though I was anxious about my consult as I knew my condition was dire, I left there very uplifted! Their warmth, empathy, thoughtful honesty, and professionalism made all the difference to me. I came away with a good sense of the skill, experience, and knowledge of Dr. Duke and Serena. I know I will be in very capable and caring hands when I'm there for my procedure!
The people there were really helpful, polite, and nice. The office was spotless but I think the cost of the Implants was a little more than I could afford.
Staff was very friendly. Professional and thorough. Communicated well.I arrived early for my appointment but they took me in early.
