Called up today to do a rush job on our vehicle and even though they were busy they managed to fit us in on short notice. The young lady Jessie behind the counter was absolutely excellent in what she did for us. The mechanics were very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this place.
One of the best workshop in Cairns the guys there are fast, clean and precise Communication with the customer from both reception and mechanics is one of their best quality The receptionist is very kind and super funny, I had a blast talking to her The owner is highly competent and really took his time and effort to make sure l understood the issue and the procedures to fix it Honest prices and nothing else to add If you are looking for a reliable workshop I definitely suggest Britek.
