I came across this car wash one day in Collinsville, purchased a membership because the full package that included everything was discounted significantly. I had to go through the wash twice before, but it was clean after that. I enjoy wiping my car afterwards so even though the dryer wasn't that great, I was ok with that. I did lose a cap on my back windshield and it lifted my panel in the back as well, so pay close attention after every wash.
Everytime I go here, it keeps moving my mirrors. They've got something set up that rushes you through the carwash. The time in the wash seems to get shorter and shorter. This place is convenient but I won't be back. When they first opened I didn't have this problem.
Put my truck through this car wash and once through the other side I went to dry it off. Obviously their air blower/dryers were defective because there was water droplets all over! Had to hand dry almost the entire truck. There were also areas like the rear tailgate that still had dirt on it and didn't look like the brushes touched much at all. With all the other car wash choices in the area I'll spend my money elsewhere! Would NOT recommend! *Based on the response I guess there's nothing the establishment cares to address. ... read more
