I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. After going through, my car was still dirty — streaks, spots, and dust left untouched. I didn’t realize until I drove across the street to the gas station, where I noticed how bad it looked compared to how it should after a wash. I immediately went back (literally two minutes later with my receipt in hand), but they refused to re-wash the car. It is so phenomenal. Their personal use vacuum setup. We can just go in and use it, so simple and wonderfully helpful. Car wash good too.
