🧼 Exceptional customer service! I went here this morning to redeem a coupon and the gentleman couldn’t have been nicer. The car wash was easy to navigate through. I am looking into their memberships now! Would def recommend.
I have downgraded my review from 5 stars to 2 stars to 2 stars. Here's why: They get a five star for the quality wash you get. They get a minus three stars for how they manage customers method of payment in their app. Three times in the past year my Visa Gold method of payment has been rejected by their app as invalid. Then trying to renew my membership through the app is impossible. It is the worst app of all the apps that I use for recurring monthly membership. Update (3/20/2026) @4:30pm: I did receive a follow-up call from management after posting this review, and I appreciate them taking the time to look into what happened. I was informed that the situation was reviewed using available footage and audio, and that it was not handled appropriately. I do appreciate that acknowledgment and the effort to address the issue. Needed a car wash as I normally go to club car wash. Decided to stop here since I had time to spend. Not only did it damage my car it did not even clean the car. Waste of $25. They did not care
The Car Wash here was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only did it damage my vehicle and not even clean the vehicle they refuse to refund my money and fix the vehicle. My vehicle was fine before this. I have called the police as this is property damage and stealing
