I’ve been coming to this car wash for the last year and TWICE, my car has been pushed into another vehicle on the conveyor. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Nathan, the car wash manager who told me and the other customer that we were in the wrong and that he looked at the cameras and the customer in front of me had his brakes applied. I belong to the unlimited wash program. 2 washes per month is the break even. The movement system is a belt that you drive on so no rollers to cause wheel jumping. Much simpler than guiding in between the rails. Wash is great. Lots of options. I just get the basic. Is quite adequate. Free vacs with trash cans at each vac. They'll sell you a drying towel for $1 at the cashier. They gave me one when I signed up for the plan. I recommend this car wash.
