Overall okay experience. Just not very organized. I Brought in 3 pieces of clothing two for stain removal and dry cleaning and one for hemming of one pant leg. Went to pick up my clothes and was charged $35; however, one of the dresses was missing. They insisted I had not brought it in. They checked cameras and called me shortly after letting me know it was mixed in with another persons items. I went to pick it back up and they charged me an additional $20. We had a very disappointing experience with your service, and I feel compelled to share what happened. The first two times we used your cleaners, everything went smoothly. However, during our third experience, we entrusted Bryan with a couple of important clothing items- a suit and a dress- for dry cleaning, which were supposed to be ready two days before our flight for a very special event.
