Drove up and paid for a wash. Went into the wash and never got the car wet or soapy. It malfunctioned because it just showed the green light to continue to drive up. Never again, because there are no refunds.

This car wash is busted. Wasted 12$ just to get a pre soak. Facility is poorly maintained. For the area that it is in. I expected better.

Got my car wet, sent me on my way, and then blamed me for my car still being dirty via signage at the end of the wash.

Washed my car here probably about 5 times, and every time had to go home and clean the streaks/tires/windows. This picture is my tire after paying extra for a tire shine.

The differing levels all seem to be the same. Whether I picked the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd tier they all felt the same length. I also still have some streaks toward the middle of my car front to back that doesn't get cleaned as well. It's decent but it hasn't been one of the better ones I've gone through.
