My favorite car wash.
Had trouble with my car wash experience so I googled company and got email address. Sent them info with complaint. I almost immediately got reply with apology and scan for free premium car wash. My car is now bright and shiny, thanks to a great company with terrific customer service!
Awesome express wash, in and out in no time and did a great job
Got to work just to find a scratch down the driver side of my truck from passenger door to fender and a dent/scratch on passenger side fender. Not to mention the terrible wash job it did. I can get past the wash part because I know pickups in the washtubs are always hit or miss. But dents and scratches! After two weeks still no real reply just automated emails that said it was damaged before and im just now seeing it after how clean it is now.
