is this even a car wash seems to put soap on and half rinse it off definitely does not clean, consider going to other auto car washes worst experience ever

Works half of the time. No number to call for support. Store clerk says, not their problem
This is an old-ish car wash which was 3.5 stars until recently the cycles got shorter so that it doesn't really wash, rinse, or dry very well. The final rinse can shut off before racing your windshield. I've added the tire wash and I'm not sure anything happens.
