This place is so disorganized! I call to reschedule they tell me I can’t until they straighten out issues with my insurance not paying, I call my insurance they tell me they paid,! I call back and all of a sudden they see that it has been paid ! Whose account are you looking at? And the fact that they stress me out to make me call my insurance ! I think that is some kind of “stall tactic “ not to schedule my appointment so they can take in the “self pay” patients first!

Took my daughter for a return consultation, there was a little wait time, but all medical offices have that. The staff was polite, friendly, and professional, from the check in, to the consultation, the financial associate, the assistants, and the doctor herself were all amazing. More than willing to answer all questions or concerns that I had. We agree on a treatment plan, and proceeded that day. I have one happy girl! Thank you Brite Orthodontics!!

I sat there for almost 2 hrs when the appointment at 2pm and went back at 3:15 and left by 3:30 for a 15 minute consultation for my 12yr old nieces braces. Let me tell you. It wasn’t fun.
