This was our first visit to Brite. From the time we checked-in to when we left, my wife and I were pleased beyond our expectations. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout our time there. In an age where true customer service is rare, Brite proves that Excellent service still exists! We look forward to our future visits!
My daughters went to Brite Ortho for their braces. They have great payment options and always so nice. They did an amazing job on their smile. We are very pleased with how they turned out!
I received a call telling me that all of their techs had walked out and now there is no one to adjust the braces. My appointment in September pushed back 2 months to November and now I just got a call that it's been pushed back again to December. I always had a positive experience before this. Hopefully they will be fully staffed soon.
Great atmosphere and great staff! Made my daughter fell very comfortably especially for the first time there. Staff was very good, and informative.
My son was nervous to get braces but they have been on for over a year and the staff continue to make him feel comfortable. They are supportive of his questioning and anxiousness. Glad we chose Rome!
