They built a house beside me and have flooded my property ! Absolute Bullshit !
Both Alex Gutterman & Dan Lain were very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the buying and closing process. They were a breath of fresh air. We didn't run into any issues on their end of the process. We are very happy and will be recommending Brite Homes to any friends that will be looking to buy in the future.
We closed on our new Brite Home yesterday. The sales person, Alex Gutterman was a joy to work with. The construction manager Dan Lain was awesome. Dan took us through the entire house on final walk thru, everything was perfect. He was also very thorough on the orientation. Would absolutely recommend Brite Homes!
