Stay away from Brite homes. Absolute horrible build quality and just as bad warranty service. Go read their other reviews in other cities like North Port and check BBB, absolutely horrible builder and there needs to be a class action lawsuit against them.
The worst home builder in Florida. Brite homes are just lipstick on a pig.Stay away unless your fine with uneven floors, toxic materials that make you sick, scratch and dent appliances that are sold as new and the absolute cheapest materials possible. Considering hiring an attorney, they are that bad. And the warranty company will blame you for anything not caught on the walkthrough (HIRE A HOME INSPECTOR ) learn from my mistake.
