3 other places wanted me to get new expensive AC / heating units, he came as they where so expensive that I wanted another quote. All it needed was routine maintenance… with capacitor changed, liquid refills and heating strips. It has since been about 2 months and the units work better then when I moved in 4 years ago… and this is after some serious heat waves… another company once came and since I didn’t know anyone in the area they charged me $350 for a capacitor… when now I find they are under $50… this place has been by ... read more
Had my 2 AC units serviced, some components needed to be replaced. Parts were replaced and the cost of the total job was very reasonable. I highly recommend BRITE Heating and Cooling.
He was able to address our problem in a timely manner . Very knowledgeable of the subject. Honest and respectful of our belongings. The pricing was fair in accordance to industry standards. Thanks for helping us out !
