Who runs this accounting department? In one month I've has more issues with this place than all previous owners where I live. They don't apply payments if your park switches owners to them, from the previous month, they literally tried to get me to just double pay it, then they took so long to apply previous months rent after I sent over receipts and ledgers from the previous owner I got a late fee even though I was trying to pay it on time for a week but you can't make any online payment that isn't the full amount, so if th... read more
Very bad place to live they do not care about anyone and at every turn they are trying to go against your Oregon Rights and push California Laws . All 15 parks they have in Oregon will soon be in Court ,If most of them are not already! If I and many others in this park could leave a negative review we would
It's a family park, they been cleaning it up by booting the bad pple (including management/maintenance) hoping to see more fixed up trailers, and nicer neighbors in our community. No play sets, pool, or community areas. Overall been a great experience, just kinda pricey for a trailer park. ($750ish just for lot & utilities) They do background check, application fee, 3 months pay stubs, and credit check, if ur credit is bad they do work with you and charge u 1st/last month's rent along with the cost of the MFH.
Worst place to live ever the new owners are evil dumb don’t waste your time they also don’t tell u the truth about what’s wrong with the house
Wonderful place to live, as quiet as being miles out in the country. Love it here!!! Lots of trees, backs right up to the forest, great place for kids and pets.
