Booked an appointment for today, Saturday 14th of February, showed up, doors locked no one at front desk. Sign on door says "Saturday by appointment only, ring this number if unattended" so I rang multiple times, left a message but the clinic was completed unattended. I have multiple booking confirmation text messages and completed the required pre appointment forms. Unacceptable
Would like to thank Dr Feng for a great job removing five teeth. Very caring, and with you every step of the way. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.
I attended this clinic a week & a half ago for a standard filling. Sitting in the waiting room I had a bad feeling about the service I would be provided & sure enough, a week after having a filling the entire filling fell out. I was able to get a refund from the clinic after being told they wouldn’t be able to get me in for another week & a half. I went to my usual trusted dentist the morning after loosing the filling & was told that the reason it had fallen out was because the decay on the tooth wasn’t initially cleaned off... read more
Frustrating as I can not reply to my previous review & don’t want to leave it for people to see that I am a ‘liar’. After scrolling reviews I see I am not the first with this experience & should have checked! I was not offered an appointment to fix the filling that fell out a week later, I have an email saying there were NO appointments & I had been placed on a cancellation list, & the next appointment would be the following Friday, 11 days away. I wear a retainer every night so this is not the reason for my filling falling ... read more
