Never answer their phone, bite blocks fell off 2xs(less than 2 weeks), and now braces wiring have to be redone…keep in mind I don’t even live that close to here 😕 Update: I always have to go back bc the brackets keep falling off, this is the 2nd time they broke in 2 WEEKS!!! Can’t wait till I’m done going back bc it’s a bunch of amateurs 😢
