I called this company to do an end of tenancy clean to sell the property. I called bank holiday Saturday and they completed the job Tuesday which was the first day they could pick up keys. They sent me photos and kept me informed. I was very happy with the service. The flat looks sparkling clean and they were prompt and efficient thank you

I’m very disappointed in the service that Malik and his team provided. Based on the reviews I thought this was a great option to clean my house before my family arrived for the holidays but I came home to floors that were still dirty, items that were not cleaned, and my bathroom mat ruined with bleach stains. They also managed to damage my wall after pushing my bathroom door open. Used Britco Cleaning twice now for end of tenancy cleans and they’ve been amazing both times. The place was spotless and I had zero issues with the agency. Super reliable and easy to deal with — highly recommend!
