Great experience with Britclean for our move out clean. The team was punctual, efficient, and did a very thorough job. My property was left spotless and ready for the next occupants. Highly recommend if you're moving and want one less thing to worry about.
Have been using Britclean for the past 7 months for my Ambleside condo and haven't been disappointed yet. They're very meticulous and professional, always show up on time and if any there are any changes the team are always transparent and quick to facilitate something else that is suitable. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We agreed on a specific date and time for a move-out clean, but then they offered alternative dates without ever clearly stating that they were actually cancelling the original appointment. I specifically mentioned that I have a tight schedule, and the lack of direct communication left me no time to make other arrangements. I only found out when I went to my apartment for 9am and nobody showed up or answered my calls.
I wanted someone to come and do a full house clean for me before moving into my 4 bedroom ,4 bathroom home in Lynn Valley North Vancouver. My realtor recommended Britclean so I decided I'd give them a call. I can honestly say I was so impressed with their excellent work, punctuality and how thorough they were. In fact I was so impressed I decided to use Britclean to come and do a weekly clean for me. Thank you Britclean
