I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We agreed on a specific date and time for a move-out clean, but then they offered alternative dates without ever clearly stating that they were actually cancelling the original appointment. I specifically mentioned that I have a tight schedule, and the lack of direct communication left me no time to make other arrangements. I only found out when I went to my apartment for 9am and nobody showed up or answered my calls.
I wanted someone to come and do a full house clean for me before moving into my 4 bedroom ,4 bathroom home in Lynn Valley North Vancouver. My realtor recommended Britclean so I decided I'd give them a call. I can honestly say I was so impressed with their excellent work, punctuality and how thorough they were. In fact I was so impressed I decided to use Britclean to come and do a weekly clean for me. Thank you Britclean
I've been using BritClean for regular housekeeping in my home in North Vancouver and I’m honestly really happy with them. The cleaning team notice the little things (even the baseboards) and I really appreciate that level of detail. Everyone I’ve talked to has been super friendly and they always get back to me quickly if I have a question. Extremely friendly and professional. Britclean have assisted in maintaining both my rental properties in deep cove. I have used various cleaning services in Vancouver over the years but britclean are by far the best and I am extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend
