Impossible to get ahold of customer service. I have called incessantly (it places you on hold and then hangs up), left voicemails, and submitted inquiries on their website. I have been trying for weeks and have not received any response. I am missing a part in my new stroller that I cannot order on the website. My stroller is unusable until I am able to procure it. Tried calling for a week and they are never available to the point where the line disconnects following the automated message that no one is available. I wanted to be sure I was ordering all the correct replacement parts, unfortunately missed one and had to pay shipping again. This could have been avoided if I was able to speak with a human.
Had an issue with my Bob All Terrain Pro. I called Britax and Tony went above and beyond to help me out and resolve the issue. Highly recommend Bob strollers, their customer service is top notch.
