Was going to give 1 star but most of the staff and the food here was amazing. But the reason for my 2 stars is because a bald gentleman working here basically made the brides god mother go home. Simply because their service animal did not have the right paperwork, so they couldn’t stay. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just let this go… will paperwork make a difference 30 years from now when the bride is looking back on her wedding photos? Had our wedding here in August 2026. Lovely venue and location and the bartending and catering staff were pleasant and friendly & food was amazing! We were however disappointed with the communication skills of the event coordinator - she would often go weeks without responding to email or text, and we had a couple of concerns with her handling of the wedding, for example during our rehearsal and on our wedding day she left midway through without saying anything, and we only recieved our finalized invoice 72 hours before it w... read more
