Today was my first time using their pool. I called in first today and even said it's my first time and I would be in at 5.30pm they said all good. I was just 20 min in the pool doing an exercise for my back, a life guard told me I have to.leave the pool at 6pm as it will be under 18years only, that was very disappointing, so I wanted to use then the hot tub after as I have planned before and they said that area is also for under 18 only :( The guy on the phone should have told me, then I wouldn't have bothered coming and pay... read more

The pool schedule is ridiculous me and my youngest daughter who's autistic loves to swim here we have been denied 4 times you should keep the toddler pool open all morning .
