Raffat is knowledgeable and compassionate and above all a true professionals in his field I strongly recommend him.
Worst possible customer service. Earlier in the year, we had gotten medication from Britannia pharmacy. Now that we had moved, we switched to Shoppers as it was closer. Got 4 out of 5 meds from Shoppers. They didn't have one medication, so went to Britannia pharmacy (our lucky day). This guy took it personal and said he won't serve us again just because we went to Shoppers. As if we signed a lifetime exclusive contract with this store. Avoid at all costs!
