This is the worst medical clinic. At this clinic doctors just decide to not come at work calling sick days or some other excuse. And they do not care to take you the same day, they do not care about peoples schedule or so. WORST EVER
I have been going to Britannia clinic for years and have always been very pleased with all of the staff. I have never had a negative interaction and have always felt heard in my appointments. I especially feel lucky to have Dr Mikhayel as my doctor. She is thorough and compassionate. 5*
I am a patient of Dr. Shibata and I couldn’t be more thankful for what she and the practice provide. She is attentive, kind, and thorough with her care and I feel comforted knowing she is my healthcare supporter. Every nurse at the practice that I’ve had has been helpful, empathetic, and even encouraging. Furthermore, anytime I need semi-urgent care and she is unavailable, an on-call physician is available in times of need. My daughter and I have been a patients of Dr.Duhra's since 2018, and also worked with Dr. Nguyen. I have felt heard and supported by both doctors as I have navigated health concerns for both my daughter and I over the past few years. I know they currently aren't accepting new patients at Britannia but if they ever do again, I highly recommend the doctor's at this clinic!
Really great care for the whole family. They are especially good with young kids.
