Booked an appointment online, got a confirmation email, showed up and was told the doctor isn’t in. Receptionist claimed they “don’t handle online bookings”. Total waste of time. If you can’t manage online appointments, don’t offer them.
Doctora Sherry Fahmy and the whole Britannia Medical Center Team are exeptional! 🫡 They are so friendly and welcoming. The clinic itself is also well-organized and clean. The atmosphere is comfortable. Highly recommend!
