I had a wonderful experience with lina! She was very professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated her attention to detail and friendly attitude. Dr Karim is the reason my mom has had excruciating pain in her tooth for years. She saw him for a cavity, and he hit her nerve to the point that she was crying for weeks after her appointment. When she returned to him, not only did he fail to do his duty of transparency and accountability and tell her that she requires a root canal, due to him drilling into her nerve, he turned her away and said everything was fine.
