Got the basic package, $250, had a scheduled cleaning between 3-5PM, nobody showed up so I called. Steve said their technicians were running significantly behind due to the rain and wanted reschedule plus offer a discount for the inconvenience, but needed to call me back in 30 minutes. He did not call back that day.
