Terrible customer service. Our agent, Ms. Dhillon, was inattentive and did not properly review coverage. During the process, she was on the phone.

I've used Britannia Agencies for my auto insurance for as long as I can remember. And I've always been happy with them. They are excellent and the staff has always been nice.
