Extremely disappointing customer service. The lady I spoke with in spare parts was incredibly rude from the moment she answered the phone. She had a clear attitude, seemed completely uninterested in helping, and basically told me to buy my parts elsewhere rather than assisting with my enquiry. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel like such an inconvenience for simply trying to spend money with their business. In the end, I took her advice and bought my parts elsewhere.
