Took my car there today for an oil change and full inspection because I have a big trip coming up. I expected to be hit with a list of things to get done. Not at all. They did the oil change and identified one thing that needed done. Price was reasonable. On top of that, they got it all done in the same day and they are really nice and professional. I will be a returning customer.

My family and I moved out of the area when I graduated high school ('98). My mom moved back last year and since then hasn't really needed any repairs to any vehicles. When her car overheated in the awful heat this week, someone suggested Bristows to get it fixed. They had a bunch ahead of us (this was roughly 3pm) and still managed to diagnose and order the part by the end of the day. These guys are the best! I told them that I needed my car to pass emissions and not only do they make sure it passed they took it to the testing facility for me! Thanks again guys for the excellent customer service!
