Core Medical Facility at 3029 W Main St, Jenks, OK 74037 which is part of Bristow Medical Center and their newest campus. This medical facility and its staff are by far the worst medical facility I have ever dealt with. Starting with you must pay for your part of the surgery before the surgery. but you're not given a break down what you are paying for. Your told either pay or no surgery. Staff from our day of emergency treatment was just fine. My problem is the billing department. They filed under the completely wrong insurance. They did not have record of our contact information although it was given to them. A little over a year goes by and we were contacted by collections. We contacted Bristow to find out what was going on and found out all the wrong information they had - they must of misfiled, swapped, or whatever to have such wrong information.
