Overall I’ve really enjoyed my experience here. I’ve had very few issues with my apartment, and when they did come up, management addressed them quickly. Location is also fantastic and easily within walking distance to Vandy
The building itself is nice but the property managers detract from that entirely. I will never live in a building managed by CPi-MGMT again. I have lived in at Bristol West End managed by CPi-MGMT for five years and am a current resident. The last two years have been nothing but failure after failure of the property managers to adequately do their jobs.
