Poor communication, dishonest, and predatory…..simply just one of those companies that WILL keep your security deposit…even if you followed all the rules and have NEVER not gotten your deposit back. Not complicated…just a shitty company

Two year resident here. I cannot recommend that you live at Bristol West End. 1. I have never interacted with another apartment company that is this bad at communication. I had to email the building manager six times and cold call the company three times just to get them to respond to my request. There is almost never anyone in the front office. Overall I’ve really enjoyed my experience here. I’ve had very few issues with my apartment, and when they did come up, management addressed them quickly. Location is also fantastic and easily within walking distance to Vandy
