Dr. Hammerich did not take any of my medical concerns seriously. The woman who answers the phone and works in his office was extremely rude. They never return phone calls back— also, he will not take any phone calls over the phone to ask or answer any questions. I have been seen by Dr KIai several times for kidney stones. I find him to be very very knowledgeable and caring. He is a very busy Dr but he found time to come to the hospital and explain in detail everything that was going on with me And to make sure I totally understood. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a urologist.
The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing.I had to run to the hospital for an X-ray before Dr Fischmans appt.That was a hassle,also Dr.Fischman has horrible bedside manners.He is just rude,and uncaring about my problems with kidney stones.He told me never to go back to his office.Dont bother seeing him.
