Very happy with the service came out few days after I called. Pumped the septic and installed a riser I wasn’t home at the time and he called and kept me updated throughout the process. Will be using again and will recommend
Donovan was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he pump our septic tank, but he also power washed the inside. Answered all the questions we had and even had replacement lids with him. A+, highly recommend!
Called for an emergency to have my septic tank pumped and Donovan was so courteous and professional over the phone. He was able to provide emergency service on the same day. He gave me an estimated time when he would arrive. He would give me a courteous call to let me know he is running behind and on his way. Generally great to work with! I called another company before calling Bristol Terryville Septic and Sewer. But the price they quoted before they even came to my house was unaffordable. Bristol Terryville Septic and Sewer answered my call, arrived timely and did an amazing job clearing my clogged sewer drain. And the price was very reasonable.
