It’s not storming and they can’t keep the power on. This is the fifth time in two weeks it has went out. The internet is slow too, I don’t even use the WiFi on my phone because it’s just a pain
Worst company EVER. How does the power go out once a week? Not even weather related.
Expensive.
Internet never works properly nor do they offer good plans, the customer service is terrible they are always rude and making excuses when I call. One lady tried to make me feel dumb by asking questions and answering with smart remarks. Not a fan of this company and aparently neither is any one else with 2.8 rating.
