Made a full payment, account balance zero, power still shut off for no reason. Call, left on hold for over 20 minutes, have to drive down to office(that is full of employees despite phones ringing off the hook), am told it was a “glitch” and that service was reinstated. No apology, no credit to account, just a “whoopsie daisy”. I wonder if they would consider it a whoopsie daisy if I didn’t pay my bill? Horrible customer service and it’s terrible this is the only electric service
Most unreliable service of any kind I have ever paid for. Internet goes out at least once a day. If I had the option to use literally any other service I would but it’s not an option unfortunately.
One of the worst power companies ever !!!! All they want is money and that’s it’s mark my word
