I have been dealing an absolutely inept customer service manager. I have been given the run around for three months. First major issues with my billing from phantom draw from a cut buried line. I was told they would send out an energy advisor, which was a glorified hvac tech that had no idea how anything is metered. Avoid these people at all costs. They nickel and dime you to death, fee upon fee. Their internet is not what they say it is. Their customer service is the worst you’ll get, and they will lie to you to get you out. If you need internet cable or phone, go somewhere else!!
