They are the worst to deal with on new construction builds. They act like they have no competition.
No problems with customer service, electric service or water heater plan. CHECK YOUR BILL. We are going to cancel because our bundle went from 135.00 to 210.00 in a short time for 100MB, standard definition cable, phone. Two stars for this. We had no idea. Internet is better lately but dropped frequently at random during the day. There are cheaper and better options available.
Snuck into the backyard to knock on my door cut my power and blocked me in from leaving my house with their van like a literal horror story hostage situation. Didn't call terrified childeren and animals didn't call to notify of anything no notice no warning just showed up and traumatized everyone in the house.
I was in there yesterday I had to change the lights out of my momma's name and put them in mine name cause she had passed away crystal was very sweet and caring it was a hard moment and she help me threw it you need more ppl like her there she truly cares about ppl
When you call customer service its like talking to a drill seargent. RELAX. Not every phone call is a complaint.
