This place is a scam was told my basic cable was 10 dollars a month and when I got my first bill it was 50 dollars a month so I went to cancel it and when I did I was told that it will be a 500 dollar fee to cancel it. So I will have to wait to cancel it now. What a joke this place is.
How did my bill go from 430.00 to 547.00 in one month. Good God. My husband's on a fixed income of 900 a month . That gives us 300 for the whole month. I need answers!!!!

I moved to the area as a healthcare professional and rented for one year in BTES service area. I paid all my fees and bills early or on time for the 12 months of my lease. I purchased a house in another area and had my BTES service disconnected. Apparently I did not read the contract that stated to have service connected required a "17 month" contract term and if I disconnected prior to then, I was billed a minimum amount for each month left.
