Don’t waste your time or money on the internet. It is beyond terrible. I signed up when I moved, had very poor service so I upgraded to the best plan (BTES’s advice)and immediately seen it was no better. Multiple calls with no improvement. So I signed with another company and it works perfectly, and great customer service! The girls name was Crystal and she was in customer service and she made things so hard just to report a street night out Her attitude totally sucked until I asked her her name at the end then she tried to put icing on the cake being the customer service rep She should’ve been from the start with

It’s bad when you can’t get a hard line phone service for the advertised amount $22.95 because it doesn’t meet the $49.95 or whatever minimum THEY require to obtain service. Underhanded ? Crooked ? It should be illegal to me since this IS a public service provider. Seniors don’t always like cell phones. So much for ESSENTIAL services. They won’t provide it unless they can stuff you.
I wish there was another company to use for electric. This is ridiculous. The power goes out constantly, and when you call to report it, the answer is “we don’t know when it’ll be back on they are working on it”. This affects people more than they think when it’s out constantly and for a long time. We can’t cook, food can spoil, people can’t work if they work remotely. It’s absolutely ludicrous, and they expect us to pay our bills in full for a service that doesn’t even work half the time, and that’s being nice. If there was... read more
