Cashiers are pretty good. Sometimes the customer service reps have a little issue but the most part they're for everybody should take the plane about two battery legs on my correct service company

Impossible to deal with. We need more electrical options
Why does this company keep changing the due date?? Is this even legal? Due date started at the 18th when I first went with this company 4 years ago, then gradually they have moved it to the 8th. Its almost like they're angling to start collecting two payments a month, what's next? The 1st and the 30th? I also want to stream instead of paying for their cable, can't get anyone to pick up a phone. There must be some oversight over BTES by the state of TN. I will check into that.
Don’t waste your time or money on the internet. It is beyond terrible. I signed up when I moved, had very poor service so I upgraded to the best plan (BTES’s advice)and immediately seen it was no better. Multiple calls with no improvement. So I signed with another company and it works perfectly, and great customer service! Unfortunately the answer from BTES was they are charging me $500 to cancel my service with them since it was less than a yr.
