Have had service with Bristol Telephone & Security for at least 7 years. So much better than the last 2 companies I use. Only had one problem with keypad and they fixed it promptly.
Wish I could give these dweebs a zero rating. They installed an alarm system for us many years ago. The battery backup (kicks in case of power outages) is dying, causing the keypads to begin screaming at all hours. Called them for a service call, and got "it's not a monitored account, so we won't do that." SAY WHAT?!? Just because we yanked out our landline for VOIP (voip is incompatible with this alarm system) which gave us no choice but to cancel monitoring, we are dead to them.
