I love, Love, LOVE being able to pay online and the 24 hr access! When they 1st took over ownership of the Union, MI location, they sent a letter and instructions to login to the website. As clear as the instructions were, what wasn't clear, (or I didn't clearly understand), was that the information was to be entered as "proper". (Not all upper or lower case.)
