This is for the senior portion, not the larger townhomes..... Newer complex catering to seniors. Beautiful units. Quiet but a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, so it's noisy outside during the day. On the plus side there will be another couple of miles of walking paths. The place feels a bit isolated sometimes, and unlike many senior-centric places, there are no activities, shared spaces, etc. If you like a bit of solitude, you'll really like it.
