This place is suppose to be a place for low income families. But here’s my concern and I don’t understand why BRHA (Beyond Housing) is doing this.. this has happened multiple times.. get behind a little in rent (not even 30 calendar days) and they want to send you a court paper literally trying to evict you! We are like most families out there just trying to make it and there’s times we may be a little late on rent. But is it really necessary to send court paper eviction notice anytime someone is late on paying their rent? L... read more
