I'm getting ready to call them and see
Need online application processing and or way for it to be downloaded and or have company email applications. Everyone don't drive or have any means to get there. Also company needs to keep in mind of the homeless and how they may obtain application. I want to put in application and need the help but can't get to location. Sad
Needs to be rebuild
You need to look into the property management companies i.e. Landmark Property Management that is supposed to take care of Ridgecrest! They are awful and claiming rent not paid when resident has written receipt and records. Also stating that not paying a full month is partial payment when only days behind on the current month.
