I run a holiday cottage with a spa, sauna and hot tub, the tub I’d had for 20 years sprung a leak that was impossible to fix, I had a window of 7 days to get something sorted out before I had to start cancelling bookings and giving refunds, the service I received deserves more than 5 stars, from initial enquiry to installation took 6 days….great communication, fantastic product at a good price, it was a pleasure to deal with someone who cares about customer service, I would highly recommend the company. Thanks very much!
For anyone who as a hot tub or pool I can't recommend this company enough from the first time we met Grant we had a good feeling this company could sort our ageing tub. He completely refurbished it, also installed a cost effective way of heating it. A genuine guy, who takes his customer service seriously! Well done Grant!
