Unreliable, unprofessional, unqualified: James Hayes/Alden is completely untrustworthy. If you cannot get in touch with someone about their shoddy workmanship then it should ring alarm bells. DO NOT USE. James took a deposit from me and then failed to turn up to perform the job we had agreed on three separate occasions. After many phone calls and texts, James agreed to return my deposit - however, it has now been 4 months and he has failed to do so. I am in the process of raising a case against him in the small claims court to get my deposit back.
Needed an urgent visit on Boxing Day. Came out, job fixed straightaway. Honest, reliable business. Highly recommend.
We were very impressed with the standard of Don's work. We had an old bathroom taken out and fully refitted with a new suite, tiles and laminate flooring (see videos). Our bathroom has been completely transformed! Don was very pleasant. His quote for the work done was by far the best we had and he even fitted a garden tap for us while he was with us! Would definately recommend.
