Update: Our AC has been officially fixed and works great now. It took about 2 months. No more issues with cooling at all and the space feels so nice. Huge kudos to Mr. Larry for all he did and whoever helped behind the scenes. Thank you. **I'm going to update this when our maintenance issue is finally resolved. I would love Bristol Place if the maintenance hadn't been a repeated problem. It is currently 9:30 at night and 80 degrees in our unit. The staff was very friendly, and the apartments were well kept up around the complex
I'm going to update this when our maintenance issue is finally resolved. I would love Bristol Place if the maintenance hadn't been a repeated problem. It is currently 9:30 at night and 80 degrees in our unit. We moved in just over a month ago with the AC broken upon moving in, among other maintenance problems that should have been caught beforehand. Our unit is generally 74-80 degrees throughout the day and remains on over 21 hours per day when the unit is set to 70 degrees F. A professional AC tech still hasn't been called ... read more
