I lived at this apartment for one year from June 2025 - June 2026 with no pet. I believe I took good care of unit. You will lose your deposit and pay extra. Pros: The amenities were good and they responded pretty quickly to maintenance orders. Cons: Neighbors can be loud. I would sometimes here very loud yelling at random times during the day. Such an easy move-in experience! Management quickly responds to messages and worked with me when I asked to get my key early. The apartment was clean and well taken care of.
We had a 12:00 am appointment and we arrived a little early the lady took us sat us down the website said they had multiple 2 bedrooms available, she says they only have one and it won’t be ready until the end of June. She shows us a 1 bedroom model then we ask to see the property like take a tour because you couldn’t see anything from where the model was and she says no she is working alone now mind you I see multiple workers, she has our license for showing us the property, was no help whatsoever made you feel very unwelco... read more
