After a few bumps, my Mother settled in and made freinds. I even gave them a good review. Going through 3 administrators in a few months after that was concerning. At first it was fine but the last administrator really gave my mother a hard time. All of a sudden anything we tried to do to help was wrong. We brought my mother a chair with arms so she could get up from the dining table and we were reprimanded. Even though they had placed a chair with arms there before that.
