The office staff at this facility is horrible. They lack compassion, empathy, and bedside manner. For a practice that covers and deals with people that have anxiety and depression, they should know how to speak with people over the phone. Asked to speak to a practice manager three times. Receptionist told me that she would have them call back and they never did.
The VA contracts Bristol for Mammograms. A lovely facility with very friendly staff. You get a warm gown and there's a lovely place to wait with a fireplace, teas and coffee.
