I was referred to her after Dr Pittari was no longer practicing in this area. The purpose of my visit was to monitor an aneurysm. I was told by her that she would have her staff schedule an MRA for me. No one ever called. After two weeks, I called them to find out why no one called me. Finally they got me in. After my MRA, no one called me with the results. I finally called them. This happened last year. Dr Menon is great!
This place is wonderful. Dr. Menon is one of the sweetest, kindest most caring doctors I have ever had. She listens to all the things you are dealing with, and she discusses each thing one step at a time. Steve at the front desk is wonderful, patient and kind as well. I unfortunately don't know anyone else's name- I apologize- but everyone I have dealt with here is amazing. LOTS of medical issues lately, so I've spent LOTS of time with doctors... this office is by far my favorite.
