Bristol has allowed our family to finally start breathing again. My grandmother was in a SNF in Concord with another hospice company and we begged them for 7 months to get our grandma into a better facility that didn't neglect her and leave her in her own feces for hours on end. We were able to get in contact with Bristol who not only helped us transition over from that horrible hospice company but also get our grandmother transferred to a facility much closer to us in Manteca. They were very compassionate and provided quick response and help during this sad process. They had arranged all necessary supplies and made things easier to navigate, as well as providing necessary care from professionals.
