They are terrible, do not use this company especially if your family member is in a nursing home. Poor care, no compassion and chaplain very rude and unprofessional.
I have worked along with Bristol Hospice several times. This time it was my family's turn to receive services. The initial meeting was informative and gave VERY specific details on how services will be provided and work daily at home. I was impressed on how efficient once admitted to start home care. The intake nurse/evaluator did not speak colloquial English and was not capable of banter and explain what he was doing during the long silences while he selected and press buttons for on his tablet. The experience was awkward and long lasting. We had to repeatedly ask to repeat his questions and his answers to our questions was difficult to follow.
