I chose Bristol as the hospice service for the last few weeks of my mothers life. I can't express the gratitude I have for Joann and the rest of the team. The compassion and care was the best I've every experienced and expected. I always felt good knowing she was in the hands of staff at Legend Oaks and Bristol Hospice. Everyone at Bristol Hospice has gone above and beyond for my mom. I could not have asked for a better place for them to give her comfort in a call even after hours they are there immediately they give me all the assurance I need they talked to her they talk to me. Bristol Hospice is a true blessing for those of us facing end of life situations. Nurses and our aide are so friendly and comforting as they deal with our situation. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in the same situation.
Compassionate care that includes the family and not just the patient. The hardest decision I ever had to make, but in the end, Bristol made it easier. They allowed us to keep our dignity during the process. I miss my dad, but know that his journey to the next life was made an honorable one because Bristol was with us hand-in-hand. Thank you. I was so afraid but Bristol and the team made it less difficult. Thank you Bristol. I made the right choice.
