The staff of Bristol Hospice that I met were very friendly, helpful, compassionate and caring in their care of William I was there as they did the initial evaluation. They were very patient with him making sure he understood everything They listened to him about his concerns for his care. Joann saw a need and addressed it immediately, making him more comfortable. The nurses and CNA’s are professional and attentive to the needs of both of my parents. They quickly respond to my calls and messages promptly and address concerns immediately. They always maintain a positive attitude.
Bristol Hospice employs the best nurses and care givers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They communicated everything I needed to know, ordered and had everything delivered in a timely manner. They made themselves available to me 24 /7. They took care of my Mom as if she was there own mother. The delivery guys brought in the equipment, hooked it all up and showed me what to do. LOVE THIS PLACE. VERY GREATFUL TO ALL THAT TOOK CARE OF MOM.
Everyone involved in my mom’s care has been very helpful to her and very accessible to me (her son) for updates regarding her care.
As Senior Housing Providers, we have partnered with Bristol Hospice to provide care for our residents. They have always been responsive to our resident's needs. They answer the phone when you call after hours, and their staff is awesome to work with. We are able to operate as a true team, both advocating in unison for our seniors.
